Called to clean two sinks with slow drains, now I have NO drains, literally! The technician broke both traps, which apparently was not his fault. The best answer was "you are going to have to call a plumber" The ONLY reason this is not a 1 star review is because thankfully I was only charged the 50 service charge instead of the entire bill of $230. They did clean two more drains during the service call, but I am stuck with a major disaster, and a plumbing bill which far exceeds the cost of the initial $230 service call. SIDE NOTE: I have put the drains back together in my own feeble temporary attempt, because I have a business to run, and need to be able to wash hands. Highly recommend. Our appointment time was 8:00am Monday morning and Bruce showed up at 7:59. Awesome. And this was the morning after a snowstorm. He was polite, quick and professional. Clear Drain Cleaning was recommended by a plumbing company to clean the basement drains. Service tech came out put a camera down the clean out drain and found water out near the septic. He proceed to inform me that my septic tank was full and that the leech well/bed were not working and that they needed to be replaced.  After a month of taking my laundry to the laundromat, very costly and inconvenient; I decided to have the septic pumped again only to find out it was not full at all and that the drain pipe from the house to the septic had a clog.  This service tech didn't even try to snake the drain and he wasn't even in the septic when he made the claim that the septic was full of water.  The camera footage, he only went 40-ft. and he was 6-ft short of actually being into the septic. Would not recommend Clear Drain Cleaning. we have been having issues with water and stuff backing up into our laundry room in the basement. Our company who maintains our septic (ASI) came out and told me to cancel the pumping company that I had coming later that morning. Ken (the ASI man) called Clear Drain for me and set up an appointment for us for 2 hours after he left. Ken told me how amazing this company is and how they will do such a thorough job and that they are priced very well for all that they do. Ken saved me a lot of money and heartache by sending this company out to my house. The gentleman who showed up was so kind, had a great sense of humor (even if he was faking it, I am sure he has heard all of the poop jokes there are to hear), he showed me exactly what needed to be fixed, told me what we can do to keep things moving until we can dig up the spot to our first septic tank, he discovered that we apparently have 2 septic tanks (that was a good laugh), marked in the yard where we needed to dig to have things fixed, told me what the company could do for us but never once pushed anything on me (which makes me want to call them again if we ever have issues). The kind man knew the exact type of tree that I had near the house, was able to tell me about the roots, how often we may or may not to have the pipes cleared, what to ask for in the future so we would know how often to have them cleared. I can't say enough good about these guys, although the issue sucks in the long run, he made me feel not so stressed about it, had me take a picture of the issue so I could show my husband so he would be able to see what is going on. (now I am rambling). I highly recommend this company. They seem to have amazing manners and an even better work ethic.
