Prevent These Common Septic Tank Issues While You Still Can
If you’re a homeowner, these problems might sound familiar…
Foul Odors in the Backyard
When a septic tank gets too full, it can cause bad odors to come up through the toilets or around the property. No one likes their home to smell like sewage.
Slow-Flowing Toilets and Sinks
If water takes forever going down the toilet, your septic system might be the issue. This is often an early sign that something’s wrong.
Backflow in Your Home
Wastewater backing up in your toilets is a serious problem. Regular maintenance can prevent that from happening.
Wet Spots in the Grass
If parts of your lawn are always soft or smell bad, your septic tank might be leaking. This can harm your landscaping and create unsafe conditions.
Big Repair Costs Later
Small problems can turn into big ones if ignored. Regular care saves money in the long run.
Safety Issues for Your Family
A bad septic system can let harmful bacteria into your yard. Maintenance helps keep your family safe.

Brett ColganJanuary 25, 2022 Highly recommend. Our appointment time was 8:00am Monday morning and Bruce showed up at 7:59. Awesome. And this was the morning after a snowstorm. He was polite, quick and professional. We had two clogged drains which he had cleaned out and left our house before 8:45. I would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone who needs it. Ann GaiserJanuary 21, 2020 AWESOME customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They came out the same day and fixed my drain. I can't say enough about this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will use them in the future. Thank you for your service. 👍👍👍 Amanda LungJune 24, 2019 Friendly, professional, and prompt. Adam fixed the backup and took the extra time to scope out the main flush with the camera to give us peace of mind that the pipes were in good shape. Kelsey JonesNovember 18, 2017 we have been having issues with water and stuff backing up into our laundry room in the basement. Our company who maintains our septic (ASI) came out and told me to cancel the pumping company that I had coming later that morning. Ken (the ASI man) called Clear Drain for me and set up an appointment for us for 2 hours after he left. Ken told me how amazing this company is and how they will do such a thorough job and that they are priced very well for all that they do. Ken saved me a lot of money and heartache by sending this company out to my house. The gentleman who showed up was so kind, had a great sense of humor (even if he was faking it, I am sure he has heard all of the poop jokes there are to hear), he showed me exactly what needed to be fixed, told me what we can do to keep things moving until we can dig up the spot to our first septic tank, he discovered that we apparently have 2 septic tanks (that was a good laugh), marked in the yard where we needed to dig to have things fixed, told me what the company could do for us but never once pushed anything on me (which makes me want to call them again if we ever have issues). The kind man knew the exact type of tree that I had near the house, was able to tell me about the roots, how often we may or may not to have the pipes cleared, what to ask for in the future so we would know how often to have them cleared. I can't say enough good about these guys, although the issue sucks in the long run, he made me feel not so stressed about it, had me take a picture of the issue so I could show my husband so he would be able to see what is going on. (now I am rambling). I highly recommend this company. They seem to have amazing manners and an even better work ethic.
